Dear mother of Doug Culver and his wife Shirley of Simcoe and predeceased by a son Bruce (1991). Cherished grandmother to Lisa, Julie, Tammy, Ryan and Todd and great grandmother of Jennifer, Reese, Raelyn, Jackson, Emma, Maggie, Austin and Jacob. Nellie is also survived by her brother Jim Kotchen (Esther) and her sister Irene Mitchell (Jim). At Nellie’s request cremation will take place with family interment at Oakwood Cemetery.
